A bit about me.

I am a 30 year-old anthropology doctoral student. I am married to my best friend, and we have a horribly ornery cat named Arthur, who veterinarians would prefer to be on mood stabilizers.

My graduate research focuses on the influences and impacts of campus Zionism. If you don't know what that is, then my work will likely be quite boring to you, so I won't waste your time with an explanation. So far, and unfortunately, I don't have anything too positive to say on the matter.

Nonetheless, I do have much to say on that matter, and on most matters in fact. Friends know that I don't shy away from voicing my opinion, and that I generally have an opinion on just about anything. I've come to the point in life where I realize that most people are not too bright, and that society seems to function (albeit marginally) despite this sad fact. For an opinionated person such as myself, this means that I usually have much to say about world affairs, local politics, whatever. That's the beauty of the blog- it gives a know-it-all like me a chance to shoot the shit in the internet ether, and to procrastinate, of course.

Enjoy!
